Lynette has established a career in commercial investment real estate working in New York, Washington D.C., Israel, as well as her native land of South Africa. Lynette’s experience has spanned investment brokerage, property consulting, tenant buyouts, development representation, and ownership.

Lynette has originated and structured many unique real estate transactions. Her abilities were recognized when she was awarded REBNY’s Henry Hart Rice “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award for the negotiation of the purchase, assemblage, and joint venture of a 400,000-square-foot development known as 1010 Avenue of the Americas, with project costs totaling $120,000,000. In addition, Lynette has acted as a developer’s representative on multiple projects, including “The Corner,” involving the development, leasing, financing, and management of the 72nd and Broadway joint venture completed in 2010, a 250,000-square-foot mixed-use development on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

In 2019, Lynette, together with a hired brokerage team, handled the sale for a 75-year ownership entity of a rent-stabilized apartment complex. The foresight that the team had facilitated the sale of a property at arguably double what it is worth today. This brokerage transaction was a finalist for the REBNY Awards of 2020.

Lynette has worked extensively in the mobile home park industry, having acquired and brokered parks both for institutional investors as well as private ownership.
