       Development Overview:

• Finished the site assemblage of all the parcels included in the development. 

• Negotiated the joint venture agreement.

• Participated in obtaining and negotiating the financing and terms for the Bridge Loan, Construction Loan, and Mezzanine Loan for a total of $230 MM in financing. 

• Managed the scope and programming of the development which included the expansion of the retail component from 14,000 square feet to 56,000 square feet by including a basement, sub-basement, mezzanine, and second floor space resulting in the highest market rents at the time.
